If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange or refund. What do I do if my item doesn’t arrive within the Estimated Time

First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.

Then if still not received / found, send us an email Via eBay message message advising the item has not arrived. We will then contact Australia Post and follow it up for you and advise the outcome.
